Originally built in 1942, Lincoln Arms Suites was restored to its original glory through a complete revitalization in 2012. While adhering to its classic design, each of the 43 remodeled boutique Studios and One Bedroom Suites have been completely modernized with espresso wood floors, full gourmet kitchens, and luscious bedding and linens aimed at providing supreme comfort and a peaceful retreat from the city that never sleeps.

Parking:

We do not provide parking nor have parking on-site. In general, parking in South Beach can be difficult due to the popularity of the area. Most places are within walking distance. For longer trips, some of our guests use ride-sharing apps like Uber or Lyft.

There is a public parking garage located at 1701 Convention Center Dr, Miami Beach, FL 33139.

Street Parking:

Metered parking on the street with ParkMobile app is another option.

PACKAGES

We will gladly hold our guests’ shipped packages up to 7 days prior to their arrival. Guests will be charged $5.00 plus tax, per package, after the 5th package. Packages over 20 lbs will be subject to a $10.00 plus tax handling fee per package. We suggest that guests purchase package insurance because we will not be held liable for damaged or lost packages. Guests are responsible for claiming their package(s) at the time of check-in and each time they receive a delivery notification from the carrier. You can request packages from 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM at the reception.
